Been searching but havent seen anything really solving the fix. im looking for a fix/mod for the glove compartment not having a lock. i would really like to have a lock there because there really isnt any secure place to leave valuables considering there isnt a "trunk" . would be awesome to be able to use the same key that starts the car, but id be more than happy to carry another key.

 

I'm not familiar... but the xB2 doesn't come with a locked glove box? That sounds easy enough. Buy a locking tumbler with a longer locking arm and cut a whole in the door and pop it in. You can easily do something like that. Otherwise, who knows, maybe the tC's door matches up with the xB door and you can just swap doors or something.
