Default Headunit Alternative

Im not sure if many of you have seen or messed with the Rockford Fosgate 3sixty. It is a great peice for someone that is not wanting to mess with changing the headunit but wants to add different amps and speakers. I have been using this peice for a while now and love it. It will take in high or low level inputs and gives you front, rear, sub and center low level outputs. This way you dont have to worry about loosing your steering wheel controls and having theives be able to look in and see a new headunit.

I have posted a link to it. I could not imagine being without it now.

Not sure what street price is, but based on MSRP I'd say why not just get the Premium HU from Scion?

a factory headunit does not give you crossovers for all channels or have time alignment or a fully blown EQ. That is where this peice comes in.

It has more feature, agreed, but why not get an external amp with crossovers built in?

I personally think the 3sixty.2 would be a good idea if you wanted to keep the stock steering wheel controls, ipod hook up, and aux input.
Unfortunately it's not a DVD HU.

I've considered getting the 3sixty.2.
