Default 2nd new xB?

Just drove home my new black xB2!!! Traded in my '06 TCM box for it.

Pictures coming Thursday after they put on the rims.

The one thing I haven't seen to many people talk about with the new xB is how much more solid the car's built vs. the old one. It actually _sounds_ like a quality car when you close the doors.

We just took home ours last saturday and I was remarking to the with at how quiet it is inside. It is by far a better built box. A lot more power too.

Congrats! I wanna see pics! I love the black color.

Several people/reviews are mentioning the solidness/quietness. There is a lot of sound deadening material in the new xB.

About $100 shy of the trade-in number I'd determined independently on the Kelly Blue Book site. I thought that was quite a fair offer.

Hoping dealership has before Friday, then the clear bra gets installed over the front end, mirrors, and possibly the rear hatch. Mom's hoping to take delivery Tuesday before the backstage event she attends. *snicker*

Wouldn't that be perfect timing to take delivery of the xB2 right before backstage?

Hurry up with those pics...I want to see some real-world pics of the black car. Still considering blue or white, but black is still my first choice. I am just concerned about caring for the paint.

Here's a shot with the Scion option 16" rims (there was another thread posted tonight with good shots of the black without rims.)

I got it first, copycat!

The charcoal grey effect is mostly due to the sun - it's a nice metallic black. My 3yr old daughter looked at it tonight and said "It's got sparklies! I like sparklies."

I think it needs lowering, though.
