Optomize, a dealer catalog available to all Scion dealers has a roof rack for the Scion xB (2nd gen) 08, and I think the name is Inno and it sells for like 229.00. part number is 71621-61070. Looks much more aggressive than Yakima.

A bit OT, but Inno is owned by a Japanese company, Car Mate Mfg.Co. Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan.

I just went to the Yakima website, and they have a roof rack for the 2008 Scion xB. Just use the "Fit My Car" tab at the top.

If anyone gets one of these let everyone know how it fits, and upload pics.

n2htwlz,

Thanks for the pics. Not to crazy about the towers going all the way to the doors, doesn't look too clean to me. Is the Yakima having a similar look or better one?

The Yakima will do the same thing, these racks are both designed the same way, to clamp to the door jamb. The Inno rack bars are square tubes and the Yakima's are round, those are the only differences.

Thanks for posting the pics. Those look great.

I think the clamps really stick out becuase they are black and the car is white. If the clamps were a similiar color I don't think it would be an issue n2htwlz.
