I do rotate my tires every 5k miles. This is my 2nd set of tires and I have 35k miles.

Thanks for the prompt responses and I will post a picture of the alignment sheet once I get it.

Found the sheet. I have no clue how to read this so please tell me if my measurements are ok. Thanks!
your front left wheel caster is slightly out of spec. you can adjust camber by bout .5 degree + by jacking up the front of the car and loosening both strut bolts and retightening them. that may bring your caster within specs along with the camber.

your right rear camber is .1 degree out of spec but that will be ok. its very minimal. no adjustment on that.

your rear toe is still reallllllllly out of spec. it needs to be within the specified range (-0.04 degrees to 0.20 degrees) it should be in the middle somewhere. bout 0.12 degrees would be perfect. i believe your car has solid axle so that is why you need the shims. those go beind the wheel hubs to correct your toe/camber. i'd get those done asap or else your gonna go through tires like crazy.

as for the cupping/feathering sounds like blown shocks as someone else stated.

it is really important to rotate tires regularly. every 5k or so. not rotating will cause cupping/feathering too.
