1. What HID bulb size fits on the 2gen xB? Is it the same as the tC's H3?
2. Where is the best place to mount the blasts?

search is evil lol..plus scionlife's seach engine sucks. You cant be specific and the results are too overwhelming to go over. If I type DIY HID 2Gen xB, I get a whole bunch of stuff that relates nothing towards what I need. I just get a lot of threads that include the word xB, HID, and DIY but really have nothing to do with what im looking for. Any who thanks for the help guys

depends on where you live..any who just go with 4300k or 6000k and you will be fine. Anything above that or lower then 4300k will change the color of the light.

All hid kits are illegal no matter what kelvin they are. BUT the closer you stay to 4300k, the less likely you'll get pulled over though.

Last I heard Chicago is in the US and all hid kits are for off-road use only here.

That's fine that you don't get beef from cops (most cops don't care here either), but that doesn't mean they are legal.

I mean as long as you keep your lights white and not red, blue, or any ridiculous color then you should be fine. The o8 tCs and xBs come with projectors so you dont have to worry about your lights glaring all over. They are DOT approved from the last time I check and the HIDs get admitted in a narrow straight path rather then a broad path from headlights without projectors.
