Cargo Compartment Cover

I noticed that this is an accessory in the xB2 catalog.
Does anybody know how its is installed?...any drilling of holes into the existing side panels to mount this cover?

According to the installation manual, it requires drilling holes into the rear side plastic panels.

www.TRDsparks.com has most of the installation instructions in pdf format on their website. The 2011 front grill is different from '08-'10, so I don't know if the fogs & install are the same or not. For 2011 fogs TRDsparks just says "Instructions Included", but here are the 2010 instructions to give you an idea of what's involved.
