Default Darksides7 new sw xb2

I just got my car today after waiting almost five weeks to get. I've had parts on order for a couple weeks now. Its time to get started...

Got out of the dealership around 3:30pm

At the tire shop around 4:45pm

Had these waiting for me. 19x8+40 235/35/19 Nittos

Had them remove the TPMS from the stock rims and installed on the new wheels

The wheels are assembled and will be put on tomorrow after I NF210 drop the car and get an alignment. Stock wheels and tires are back on the car. More to come...

TRD short shift kit w/NST bushings, Seibon CF spoiler, Pioneer F-series radio, etc,etc...

Sorry for the wait. I went to the Orange County Fair today after the car was done,
Here's the progress so far...

For those of you that have not aligned your cars after the NF210 drop there shows a distinct amount of negative toe to the front end. Negative toe = tire wear!

The 24hour makeover...

I hope the springs settle at least half and inch more. I'm happy with the results!

TRD short shift kit is next, followed by the Seibon CF spoiler.

Looks great! Can you post a picture and your driving impressions in the Official Tanabe NF210 thread?
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...6857&start=200
Thanks.

FYI: those are the 2004-06 xB alignment specs, but since they corrected your front toe close to 0.0 you'll be fine. My alignment shop did the same thing. That's why the Caster looks so far off; our specified range is actually between 5.0 and 6.5 degrees.

Tanabe springs are not known to "settle" at all, due to the steel they use and their manufacturing process. What you see, is what you get.

hwybox, the NF210 drop is 1" front and 1.7" rear.

I forgot to mention the weight of the stock wheel combo vs. the 19"w/ Nittos.

Stock steel wheels and tires with hubcaps = 42.2lbs.

19" wheels and Nittos = 45.6lbs.

The 19"s feel great. I thought the ride would be typical with lowered cars and big rims.
NF210's ride sweet!!! Thanks for the great comments everyone.

Thanks Guys!
Spent all day cleaning and waxing the xB. I changed some of the interior lights with leds. Tomorrow my short shift kit and Seibon CF spoiler should be here. I ordered factory fog lights, TRD exhaust and the steering wheel upgrade today. Still deciding on my radio...
I've got a bunch of stuff to install next weekend. Having lots of fun upgrading this thing.

Installed this today. Shifter feels pretty good.

I also got my spoiler and spoiler template kit. Sorry no pic of the spoiler, I forgot. The Template kit is a joke. $25 bucks for this...

Spoiler install should be this Friday.
