I am suppose to pick up my xb tomorrow.........originally the sales person promised to give me the floor mat for free, now he says that since the floor mats comes with the car as an accessory so he can't give them to me anymore.........what should i do??

 

Did you have it in writing that you were getting them for free? If not you can't do much. They are an accessory and they cost about $150.

Tell him to f*** off and that you'll be purchasing some elsewhere and never buy anything from them again.

When i got my car i got them to throw in the Mats front and back and trunk, Rear Bumper Cover, and obx Peddles. I made sure i got it in wrieing.

I would fight them for the mats.

 

Did you sign the contract allready? if not tell him you don't want the deal no more,trust me you'll get them free,they need the deal besides is the end of the month.

I just asked my salesman what he was gonna hook me up with... So I got floormats, couple scion keychains and hats'shirts for me and my son..

 

When I got my car we had a handshake deal on the price but they didn't have a blackberry on the lot so they did a dealer trade. When the blackberry came in I noticed the mats were on the sticker. When I mentioned the mats, the salesman looked at the sticker then looked at me and said: "Looks like you got some free mats, doesn't it?"

 

the dealer called back & offer the free mat, will be picking up the car tonite
