Default Gas Tank...

So is the xB's tank 12 gallons or 14... I know the book says 14 gallon but when I just filled up.. I knew my tank was empty... It said about 5 more miles till I was out... But yet when I filled up It stoped at about 11.5 gallons... so that leads me 2 believe it only has a 12 gallon tank... Anyone?

BTW... Gas is 4.09 in hawaii now... for REGULAR Jus happened today.. I had 2 share the pain...

i manage to squeeze in 13,1 before she spit back at me. Most generally it first stops at about 11.8 or so and thats putting on roughly 15 miles after the light comes on

yeah, the tc's gas tank is 14.5 gallons, but usually when the light comes on and i fill up, it is usually about 11.5 to 12 gallons.

Went 9.3 miles past Range = 0, took 12.213 gallons.
Went 13.2 miles past Range = 0, took 12.34 gallons.
Reset the trip computer when Range hit 0 to know how many miles past zero I went.

Here's somebody else's fill-up!

I paid $3.799 for regular yesterday. California is on that list as one of the most expensive...

I'm sure GW had a little to do with it but didn't the major oil companies turn a huge profit? To the point where they were being investigated or questioned or something? I can't find the article I saw a week or two ago.

I drive till my comp tells me I have 15 miles left, and usually fill up within 2-3 miles either side of 0 (per the comp) and put in between 11.7 and 11.8 gallons.

Well seeing how he and his friends are heavily invested in the oil companies and he is the president i think he has a little pull in how things turn out...

I never have the guts to go that far on gas. As soon as the light turns on I usually try to find a gas station ASAP. Supposedly running on low fuel can be bad for the fuel pump causing it to overheat.
