Default High beams activate low beams (mobile hids)? Is this normal

So yesterday when I turned off my xb2 I accidently flipped the high beams and noticed that when I did this, it turned my low beams on as well . Is this normal or do I have a problem?

I also tried this while the car was on, flipped them again & same thing....

Thanks!

Thank you for clearing that up! I was freaking out last night thinking I was having premature electrical issues or something
