I have one of those washers in my area, 5 bucks for the wash and free vacuums and carpet mat scrubber. I use it once a month and put my matts through the scrubber twice in 90 degree ofsets so it does not show brush marks.
I check my spare to make sure it is ok and ready to go. Nothing like having a flat and finding your spare is flat too.
What are you guys doing for your lamps so they do not fog over like most do from the elements? I have been using macquires plastix on them and spend 15 minutes each rubbing this stuff in to remove the bug and rock chips. I used it on my xa and they were just stunning to stare at. I let my brother use some on his kia and man, his went from fogged to kyrstal clear in 45 minutes of rubbing.
Another thing I do is spray silicone on the cvc boots, tie rod boots and the gaskets on the doors and trunk lid.

Anyone else use a leaf blower on theirs to get water off? It works great and you use far fewer towels.
You know what my wife thinks of me.

^^Thats hilarious cause I do the same thing when water drips down the side, I just go back and wipe it down with my shammy again. By the time I am ready to drive off I always go down my driveway (which is really steap) and go back up cause I get water down my hatch as well as down the side of the car from the mirrors...
Leaf blower?? I dont own one, but I do have a good air pump with a nozzle that blows the dog hair out of the garage (my dad is crazy/obsessed with his garage), wonder if that would work...hhhmmmm I like your thinking!
This goes to all the guys/gals with a spoiler; Do you have the same problem with water running down the rear after washing and drying your car??

I like cleaning my car. but i hate everytime i wash my car which is almost every weekend my dumb @$$ neighbors across from me always have to come out and say something to be about my car. and the fat trashy wife just mysteriously seems to always come outside when i start washing my car. i think there jealous that my one little scion xb looks better than their 3 cars and rv put together (their all used peices of $h!t$)
but I use an air spray can like the kind to clean ur key board and stuff. but i dont use it all the time just when im bored and i absolutely have nothing to do and i just wanna spend more time w/ my scion
easy tip to clean the ac vents creases in the dash :use a clean paint brush 2 get dust off
