So far, I love everything about it. It rides very nice. I got TRD springs and they're not that low but I'm hoping they settle a bit. The dealer gave me the steal wheels and the stock springs- is there really a market for these? I don't know what to do with them but I don't want to keep em.
As far as upgrades go, I was planning on getting a sound system and sun shading (I got a doctor's note) and hopefully these wheels:

$1000 is pricey for a set of wheels, no rubber, but I really like this style. Does anyone know if they will rub, or what kind of tires I might need for them not to rub on the TRD springs?
Thanks all and I'm glad to be (officially) joining the community

I have some pictures collected with TSW nurburgrings gunmetal on xBs but the only picture of a black xB with them i have the nurburgers appear to actually be black. Does anyone hhave a pic of a black xB with gunmetal nurburglers? Just wondering.

A friend of mine has the 19" versions on her super white xB. They looked great, but they were a little on the darker scale of gunmetal/grey. She then had them powder coated a matte purple, which made them look even better.
You can probably find those particular wheels from elsewhere besides Amazone, probably with a better price.

Hey guys
Here's the car I was coming from, as you can tell, I was definitely due for an upgrade https://i.imgur.com/yzCDyO4h.gif
I love the japanese cars though and I think this xb has a particularly japanes-y look

Good springs don't really "settle" in terms of a further decline in ride height, any further decrease should not be that significant. Following a spring or suspension install, the only settling that should be happening is any component that has a degree of play (and it better be a small degree) will eventually be forced into place with some driving. For example, no matter how well you seat a spring on the bottom perch of the strut, it will not be in exactly the same spot once you tighten up the top hat and throw the strut/shock assembly on the car, because now it will be under a permanent load. With some driving, there may be some slight adjustments the components make under load to finally "settle". Time is not a good indicator for this, but actual driving is. Get an alignment only after you think you've done enough driving on the new set up, including taking some turns, not just after "two weeks".

Everyone of my cars that has had springs, tein, trd hotchkis, took time to settle. in theory you guys are right but in reality its not the case. every spring will continue to "settle" over time, with the most drastic amount of settling happening within the first 2-4 weeks.

Now thinking of keeping these. I'm about as neurotic and indecisive a customer as Amazon has ever seen.
Another user recommended -- actually, said the rubber that I'm looking for -- are 215/45 because of the nice offset these have. Do you guys agree? Why does it relate to the offset?

Good luck on the spring "settling" thing. I've yet to either experience or witness it. Just because an old wives tale is popular, doesn't make it true. Bottom line, don't count on spring "settling", rather select a suspension system that provides the vehicle height you desire.
