I assume you are talking about the LED style lights? If so, the wires are in place of your old light bulbs. Pull the old bulbs out, then look at the wires. They should plug into your vehicle harness. Mine are not Anxo, but that's how they worked.

Right. Take the bulb out of the original tail light first. Then pull the tail light off the vehicle. Now look at the new tail light assy and the the original bulb from the trunk area or through the tail light hole at the back, whatever works for you. Now with the key off, look at the new tail light assy wires and the socket where you take the original bulb off the wire harness. If these 2 don't fit together, then follow the vehicle wire a little further and see if there is another plug. If so, then pull it apart there and see if the wires from the new lights will plug in there. You will find it. It confused me for a minute too, then the little "!" went off above my head and I went back out and plugged them in. I did have to mess with the plugs and how I was plugging them in till I got the correct LED to light up with the blinker, breaks, and regulat tail lights. You will get it, just be sure to check it out before your done. I also found it better to zip tie or tape the final connections to be sure they didn't vibrate loose.
