Default Interior Cleaning XB2

Hello pips...

I just got my new HTM XB2... I'll post some pics later...
anyway i noticed that the interior specifically the Dash and interior door pillars have a diffrent material from most cars. I also noticed that it easily accumulate dust and lint. I usaully use cleaning pruducts (armourall) on my previous cars... I am quite hessitant to use this in my XB2... does somebody have a suggestion..? I'll appreciate any input. Thanks..

Stay away from armoral at ALL COSTS. That stuff is crap.

Use Meguiars Interior Quick Detailer... It's not greasy at ALL and smells amazing. My preferred interior cleaning product.

If you need a little more protection, use Meguiars Natural Shine Vinyl & Rubber Protectant every few months (Quick Detailer in between). This will give a little bit more UV protection, but only has to be done every few months. Will leave a slightly slick feel depending how much you use but it's much better then armoral could ever be.

I used Swiffer Dusters I bought at the local sporting goods/automotive store to clean the dust out of my WRX. It was soft so I used it on the dash, head unit, doors, steering wheel and the sides of the center console. It works pretty well.

+1 to stay the hell away from armourall. I used it in my wrx and it discolored the plastic around the clock. Make it look completely different than the rest of the dash. Mother's makes some good interior products and is comparable to meguires too.
