Default My xB wouldnt start! HELP!

So i hop in my car to go grab some chinese food. I unlocked using the button on the key and got in. I put the key in the ignition and when it was fully turned to start, the entire car shut off. Power, and everything. I tried starting numerous times, and got nothing. So i popped the hood, but notice my interior lights turned on as i was doing so, so i went back in, put the key back in, and it started fine. Upon leaving the chinese food restaurant, it happened again. This time, i depressed the brake and it did the same thing. Interior lights on, car is fine.
I have an iPod charger plugged in to the port, LEDGLOW interior lighting, remote start wired in through Toyota, and a system in the back.
The first time it did happen, it reset the radio presets and tuning, but not my interior lighting settings. Second time around, it didn't change a thing.
I've never experienced something like this. WTF?
Why did this happen? I cannot find anything.

I would start checking you battery negative terminal and/or possibly the main negatives for the dash.
