Not a bad style, but IMHO, too small unless you plan on slamming it, or lowering it a good amount.

i just couldnt get myself to by a brand new set of tires, when i already have a brand new set here.. i am planning on wearing out the stock tires, and then upgrading to 18's in a couple years, when i need to buy tires anyway.. and if i dont hit too many curbs = i will be able to sell these on ebay or something, at that point to help out..

for 16s, imho - they look tight.. even better after i install some tenabe nf210s..

Looks really good to me, similar to what I installed on my Eclipse. However, I think it would look better still if you installed lowering springs as well (doesn't have to be slammed).

its looks OK...for the size and I am sure the price

but I agree drop it dont have to be too drastic but IMHO do the Tanabe DF's instead of NF's... especially if you going to be on 16 for some time...over all good job... the mod bug has begun to bite

They look like 14s lol. Sorry man, not feelin it, the xb is too large for 16s, also the oem tires wear extemely fast. Are they still using Goodyear eagle rs-a tires on the xb2?

My advice is to keep your local road and also driveway conditions in mind in choosing lowering springs. Tanabe DF210 can result in scraping depending on those factors. I'm running 16" rims on my xB2 and, at least IMO, it looks pretty good (a somewhat older photo, but only the nose looks different). Course, I can't guarantee no-one disagrees !

Bottom line is be sure to make your mod decisions on your judgment, not someone else's. Good luck dude !

white was my first choice - they didnt have one - i really like yours..

i think the 16s look great for what they are, i cant lower too far because my garage is built off a old brick ally that has valleys for wheel tracks, and a incline to enter the garage - the trd or nf210s are all i even considering.. southeast iowa isnt southerm california.. the roads and winters here just cant handle too low.. i do like the look of 18s or 19s better - but - i think too large makes you look like a wannabe thug, around here anyway - these 16s look great to me, and i am sure they ride better too..

thats kinda funny, cause these 16s are huge in comparison to the 14s i have on a 65 impala.. at about 10 FEET longer then the xB, i question anyone that says 14s dont look right on such a big car.. like i said before - i like 18s and 19s - but this comment just makes me laugh..

and yes - they are goodyear rs-a tires.. i only drive about 10k a year though - so i would guess they will last me a couple..

Thanks man !

Mine came with Bridgestone tires and although they're way less than great, I decided to run them as my summer tires until they wear out. I mounted snows on my factory steelies. My springs are Eibach Prokit, but I understand Tanabe NF210 are a more relaxed ride and a very nice drop, and without being at all extreme. I've no doubt TRD would also be a good choice. I suggest researching a little between them to help decide what appeals to you best.

PS. The taller the rim, the harsher the ride (shorter tire sidewalls), so you're right, the 16's will give you a more comfortable ride.
