Passenger window makes popping noise when closing
Today after rolling down the window and rolled back up, I heard a loud pop from the door area. I rolled down a bit and rolled it back up, same popping noise. I did it once more and heard some metal pieces falling out. It feels like when the glass reaches the top of the door, it continues to go up if I hold the switch down.
I know I'll have to open up the door panel to see what's broken but what are some possiblities and if anybody experienced this before?
It's snowing/wet out so I probably can't roll down the window anytime soon until I get it fixed when it gets warmer.

So I was able to open the door and see what's wrong with the noise. It turns out to be the holder thing on the bottom of the glass is broken / detached from the glass on one side. Can this part be replaced or do I have to replace the whole glass piece? I tried looking up trdsparks but can't find the piece itself.

So I ended up replacing the whole glass, covered under warranty by Safelite. If your glass window makes a popping noise, its that stupid plastic piece on the bottom of the glass which is not REPLACEABLE.
