Picked mine up on Saturday March 13th. By Thursday it had White epoxy paint overspray on it from a contractor painting some of our silos at work. Good thing I got the paint protectant package. Even after 4 months of waiting for their insurance to pay up, overspray came off nicely. I am still not decided on wheels yet. Saw one in Chattanooga with Black rims. Just too much Black for me. Kinda leaning towards something like a chrome 5 spoke 18". Saw some Lexus wheels that looked good. I already have 10800 miles on mine. Long drive to work, etc. Enjoy. I get a lot of good compliments on the color.

 

I was personally thinking I wanna go bronze rims on it. I would love to put some bronze CE28's when I get the money.

Traded my xD for #735, in 3 days i've done 300 miles. BTW its only 8 miles to work. I'm using every excuse to drive it. Cant wait for my first road trip after it's broken in. There was no way in ____ that I was going to get Murasaki (aka Purple) I wanted cinnamon. This is the boldest color on a car I have ever had. Everyone loves the color, it stands out in the parking lot. It's going in to the service dept next week for the dealer to install rear view camera, under dash lighting, sport pedals, short shifter. Need $ for the rims c'est la vie. I think the car looks better lowered and I already do not mind the purple.

 

its only purple sometimes..lol but i know how you guys feel about the R.S.'s

Has anyone else not fell in love with the wing for our boxes? The B definately needs something back there, but the stock wing looks like an after thought. At least the first gen wings blend better. I am still trying to save for wheels and a wing, but wonder if I am the only one who doesn't love the look of the stock wing. I'm not talking a geto alunimum wing. But something that compliments the body lines.

 

I also feel the wing sticks out too far. The Japanese Rumion wing is styled more like the 1st-gen xB wing; perhaps you'd like that. I'm undecided myself but I like it better than anything else I've seen so far.

 

I was actually thinking of finding the cheapest aftermarket one which I've seen on eBay for about $100 to $150 and mod around it until I find something I like then just get it painted. Still a thought though. I'm going to sketch one out first to see what I can come up with.

Just looked at the Rumion wing. It does remind me of the 1st Gen wing. I kinda like it. Also the other bits from the Rumion. A good alternative. Thanks for the suggestion.
