Default Radio and cigar output dead

So i was disconnecting my system yesterday to give it away, cause I'm getting a new one and accidentally the remote wire (connected to the cigar fuse) got on top of my negative terminal of the amp and my radio just went off... I looked at the fuses and they are all good except for the cigar fuse not getting power at all... the fuse did not blow but there's no power. Wondering if a relay went bad? anyone had this problem before? would appreciate the help! thanks a lot!

To the best of my knowledge, the only load on the "cigar" fuse is the 12V power outlet at the lower front of the shift console. Still, this DIY tech thread provides access to the associated schematics and much more if you wish to dig into it.

Fuses can go bad, they can also sometimes blow just enough to lose contact and you can't see it. Use a test light or a multimeter to test your fuses contacts. You can also just try swapping a new fuse in. Make sure to check all your fuses, engine compartment as well.
