I know, I know... I live in the Pacific-Mid region, so I flashed back to the For-Sale thread that got locked. Just having a little fun at your expense.

hey everyone.
I had these TSW wheels on my Lexus IS250 AWD. They are 17x7.5 They were cheap and the same size as her factory rims on her LExus. When I sold her Lexus, I wondered if they would fit my 08 xB. THEY DID! I just swapped them from my 08 to this 2010.

What did it have on it in addition to the RS7.0 package? Did it have alloy wheels, upgraded audio, big brake kit?
It's supposed to be $18,990 ($18,320 MSRP + $670 destination charge) for the manual and $19,940 ($19,270 + $670) for the automatic.
For $22,500 it better be one tricked out box.

16" alloy wheels
rear spoiler
sport pedals
It was an automatic, and I think it had the upgraded head unit.
Looked nice.

Sounds an awful lot like a gouge to me. With Scion no haggle pricing you should only be paying $19,940 ($19,270 + $670) for the automatic + the cost of your options ($469.00) for a total of $20,409.
If they try to charge you a penny more, I'd walk out the door and go to another dealer. They are basically ripping you off for $695.00. Do you like them enough to give them a gift worth nearly $700? Think of the great mods you could do to your car for $700. In my case, I got my TRD front strut brace, TRD cold air intake, TRD fog lights and TRD oil filler cap for less than $700 shipped and installed myself. If your delaer wants an extra $700 of your money, you should insist they throw in those items on your new RS7.0.

All dealers charge a delivery, processing and handling fee (DPH). The standard amount is $670 and is included in the numbers I quoted. The DPH fee for SET (South East Toyota) may vary, but it should not be that much more than the standard $670 fee. I saw two discrepancies in the prices you listed. You listed a DHP of $775 - I suppose that's the variable part of what SET charges.
The other was the $590 "dealer" fee. That's a flat out gouge and I would absolutely not pay it under any circumstances. I'd be insulted if a dealer tried to charge me that fee. There is already an abundant and more than fair dealer mark-up included in the MSRP. Anything beyond that is delaer greed, plain and simple. As soon as a dealer tried to charge me an "additional dealer fee" I'd be out the door looking for another, more reputable dealer that wouldn't try to cheat me out of my hard earned money.
Just my opinion, of course.

Oh WOW!!! I just noticed someone actually posted pics of the actual product!
The thing looks pretty legit!!! Needs lowered a little, okay... A lot. But not bad!!! The color is less feminine that I assumed!!!

To answer your question, I don't have performance specs on the fog lights, but I imagine the impact on performance is comparable to that of the TRD oil filler cap, TRD shift **** or TRD engine cover.
