I don't care if people point and say I look "alternative" I test drove one and I don't care about the purple. I like it and the Wife likes it too, if she can pry the keys away from me. Toyota is currently trying to locate a "base model" for me at the moment. I can't wait.

What did the one that you test drove have that you didn't want?

It probably had the alloys on it. That's why I bought mine with hubs so I could pick my own wheels

I saw in another thread/post he put up that it had the TRD 19's on it for $2200. Some dealerships won't remove accessories that have been installed because the "new car dept." and "service dept." are treated as different entities and the new car dept. has already been billed by the service dept. for the time & labor of the wheel/tire install/mount/balance & alignment.

When I sold Acuras, we would only remove wheels if it was going to lose the deal on a $35k car. With a Scion, the labor charges for the wheels being put on and then taken off could eat up the little bit of profit in the new car sale.

I don't know where the thread is off the top of my head, but I remember that Axis Wheels is making their mesh Penta wheel and a 5-spoke wheel in black with a Murisake purple pin-striping on the wheel lips, specifically for the Scion RS 7.0 crowd. Those should run about $1200 + tires of your choice.
