Awesome design, awesome implementation.
Your Xb is halfway between mine and where I dream mine will be after a lottery win.

I'm certain I need the silly power of a turbo kit.

Are those the Factory-option fog lights or aftermarket?

also, are you maintaining a mod list somewhere, or is this thread serving that end?

I love the emblem. I have the same grille/emblem setup on my tC. Is your grille gloss black or flat black?

If you get this grill, I would recommend buying the emblem seperate and painting it yourself. I had them send the red tC with my grill and it was a really crappy paint job. I ended up having to take it off and repaint it myself. Looked much better after that.

They are factory fogs, and my mod list is in my profile:

The final pieces of the puzzle:

The CORRECT TRD shocks/struts:

The TRD intake:

The rear bumper protector:

And the alarm:

The shocks, struts, springs, swaybars, strut bar, and intake are this weekend, hopefully.

Alarm and bumper protector later.

looking good! just a random tip....

Don't cut the plastic holding the rear shocks slightly compressed. I used mine to put the stockers in the same box for storage

Thinking about doing the install of the DF210's this weekend. Never done something like this before and saw plastic boot notes in instructions. Can you explain the plastic holder thing somewhat?

If you are not installing the TRD shocks, don't worry about the holders. I don't know what you are talking about with the "plastic boot notes".

Sorry, the pic makes it look like a boot of sorts and they refer to cutting the "bump rubber". Never done a project remotely like this but have help coming to assist with installation.

When you pull out the stock front springs, you will see the stock bump stops.
The Tanabe's don't come with replacements, you just cut off the top 1/3 of the stock stops, they're ribbed into 3 sections.
Then put the cut down stock stops back in with the new springs... really easy.

The Eibach springs I have come with the correct stops. In other words, Tanabe springs SUCK. J/K!

I'm installing Tanabe's next weekend. When you say put the cut down stock stop back, do you mean the 2/3 part, or 1/3 part? Sorry for the stupid question.

I had an interesting time at the dealer today. As I mentioned, the leather wheel is slightly off of straight, and it is not the result of installation error. I called Scion corporate, logged a complaint, and they told me to go to the dealer to get my one warranty alignment. They had the car for 4 hours, never called me, and when I got there, they said that they didn't have the alignment specs and that they are not available anywhere. They also claimed they could not center the steering wheel without the specs, which is BS.

Ok, if that is the case, how has ANY dealership installed the TRD springs...EVER?

I also took it in for the TSB creak. I insisted that they get a tech to come along with me to demonstrate the noise, I am sick and tired of this "Could not replicate complaint" bull____. The tech was very skeptical and would not help me find a bumpy road...until I told him we were going to keep driving until I found one on my own...he remarkably remembered where a nearby road was. I got the squeak to happen successfully.

When I picked my car up, they told me that the Body Shop had to do the TSB (it is off-site, ~10 miles), and to call them. I call up the BS, and the manager tells me that they have so many cars stacked up, they cannot fix the car until mid-February. This is nuts, I am going to _____ to corporate. I wanted to get this ____ done before I lowered the car, so they could not pull any "This squeak/alignment issue is due to you lowering the car! No warranty!", and now I don't know if I should proceed or not. The service guy said I would still get the TSB done since it is recorded, but I know I will have to pay for an alignment.

I think I am just going to do it and pay to get a lifetime alignment at Firestone. They will align the car as often as you like, even if you modify it. The only requirement is that it is still possible to get the car on the lift. I had one on my Fiero and it has paid for itself ~20 times over. $130 well spent!

I also got a lecture from the service manager on how I was going to be voiding a lot of warranty by lowering the car. He looked ____ed when I told him that he was incorrect, the only thing I was giving up was warranty coverage on anything that can be proved to have been damaged by the lowering.

broken 20 2, I have NF210's with a 1" front drop. After cutting off 1/3 from the small end of the bump stop (about 1" also),
the remaining 2/3 was put back in with the new springs.

If you're going with DF210's, you'll need to get an answer about the bump stop from somebody else.
That shouldn't be too difficult, since a lot of people on this site have gone with the DF's.

Can I get a little help here guys?

Sounds nuts BFM. If they were being so difficult to get the TSB done I'd hold off on the springs, just me though. Sorry bud.
