The only things that I messed up were the front lower spring isolators. I did not see them attached to the old struts and didn't swap them over. I didn't hear any squeaking or other noise, so I am going to leave them out for now. I may put them in later if I am feeling adventurous.

The rear bar gave me problems too. It did not swing up into place in the axle just right. I ended having to jack it up to get it to slide in before I could get the bolt-down brackets on.

New pics are up:
In a previous post, I measured my car with the stock springs:
I measured my car today, and the drop is definitely more than advertised. The front height was about 25" even and the rear was 25.25". Adjusted for differences in tire diameter (previous measurements with summer tires) and wear, figure something like 25.25" front and 25.5" rear to compare with the earlier measurements. I am glad the rear is still a little higher than the front; if I hadn't forgotten to install the lower isolators in the front, the car would be very close to level.
For the record, Eibach claims 1.25" F and 2.25" rear drop. My drop was roughly 1.5" front and 3" rear. A little lower than I would have liked, but overall, I think it looks good.

This is a 1.75" difference, which means the tien springs, which have the biggest rear/front drop ratio, still only kill about 1/2 of the stock rake. That is fine with me, I hate cars that sit higher in the front (see GM fwd).

Eibach and Tanabe cold-wind their springs, so they never sag or "settle". I tried many, many springs on my Fiero before I finally found Eibachs. I will never go back to an inferior brand.

I am sorry to bring up the grill, but that is something I want to do. I know you said it was hard to install the grill, but can you elaborate? Also, the bumper cover, do you have pics of that? What does that actuall consist of, a piece of plastic adhesed (sp) to the bumper?
Thanks.
Thanks.

The fog lights are stock units from trdsparks.com, they are like $225 or something near that.

Update:
I finally got the summer wheels back on. The difference is really noticible. The car corners SO much better, I guess the suspension can make much better use of these tires than the original suspension could. In other words, the difference between the snow tires and the summer tires is much more noticable with the new suspension than it was with the stock setup. Also, it looks great...
The only problem is that it is almost too low now. The summer tires are supposed to be a little bigger in diameter than the stockers, and they certainly seem to fill out the wheel wells better. However, the front mudflaps seem to scrape much more easily with these tires...not catastrophically so, just a little. Hard, high-speed turns are enough to make them drag all the way around, especially with my fat ___ on the outside.
However, I think it looks spectacular...just the right height, not obviously lowered to someone not familiar with xBs. Overall, I think I achieved my goal of making my car look like it could have come stock the way it is, but still much better looking than a stock xB. Anyway, on with the pics.
