so hypothetically you can a cai for 124. and the hotchkis sway set for about 350. saving you some major dough.

I will tell you now, buying the TenzoR intake was the best decision I have made with my xB. Just go buy a better filter, the one that comes with it is kinda sketchy...

I say go with teh Hotchkis sways. I got a set recently and the difference in handling is increadible. I personally wouldn't bother with the strut bar. If you look at where the strut towers are they are almost against the firewall and are actually very stiff in stock form. The strut bar adds a little bit but not very much. Also that way you can use the money for the strut bar for the CAI.

strut bar is a complete waste its more for show than anything.
the sway bars will give u the most for your money. the cai is nice but then again if u cant get both i say get the sway bars. but not the trd bar thats a waste. try looking online for the sways i got my set for 270 shipped but then again it was for tc. still cheaper on some sites over others.

Why is the TRD sway bar a waste?

I heard that the Tenzo is cheaply made and the welds tend to break. Any truth to this?

All intakes are the same. Its just pipe, there is another guy on this forum trying to talk down about TenzoR intakes lol. He thinks he's the bee's knee's because he spent an extra $250 on a pipe with a TRD sticker on it. A Cold air intake is a cold air intake, end of story. If you want to be cool and buy the TRD one cool! means you got money to blow, but if you want to be smart, buy the Tenzo, and go get an AEM Dry flow air filter so you dont have to bother Oiling the damn filter and causing your maf to break from oil touching it..

Actually, I just found out Tenzo stopped making them 2 years ago. Unless there are any in the pipeline, I'm out of luck.
