Hi yes, well they needed 5 days to get the car ready..don't ask me, I only wanted an alarm system on the car...I am waiting for the phone call. :-)
They said Thursday... :-)

I also think I will get some wetokole.com seatcovers since this is my surfmobile (surfing, kitesurfing, and standup paddleboarding).

Otherwise I am all good.. I will post pics when I get it. :-)

Aloha,

no rack yet. I looked at a Yakima, but I didn;t quite like the cross bars, but then my wife said she saw a yakima system with different cross bars that didn't look like it was a temporary rack..if anyone has any idea what this is, I would be really thank ful...

here is a pic of mine when I piced it up in the showroom today...it had only 2 miles on it...now it hasd 9 or 11 I forget...

sorry for the quality..I took it with my cell...better pics to follow...

I am planning to purchase the XB2 in about a 2 weeks. I have been lurking around this site to do some research. I do have a question: since Scion does not offer any roof rack/rail, anybody every consider using the roof rails from other car on it? I was looking at the roof rail of the Highlander, it is very nice looking. I don't think it should be a problem mounting it on the XB2. I understand you have to drill into the roof to attach it, but that is ok w/ me, since I need something that is permanent. Any comment?
