Regardless, just to be safe...START MODDING! You'll need new wheels, a spoiler, side graphics, light riggings......
I have the spoiler and the 16" alloys- thinking of trading the OEM wheels for some 17" Konigs or something. Still need the limo tint all around- but no graphics. Maybe that black center front bumper- that looks cool...

from where im from, (mainly the cities that surround my own) the xB's are hard to come by, the dealers never have the stock... but whats funny was when my parents and I were lookin for a Super White one about 3 weeks ago. NONE EXISTED IN THE COUNTRY. But we got one recently, but I do see the new xB's more often. I believe they are selling well. barely see one just sitting there.

wow toronado...July was a tuff month for Toyota except for the tundra truck and prius. FJ Cruiser down almost 40%. I can imagine how bad it must have been for ford, chevy and chrysler as their discounts and interest free offers now reflect that.....I almost bought a Prius as it is a very solid car so I can see why they are up 50% for the year because of the gas prices!

Yup. And if I'm reading the chart correctly, the 50% increase on the Prius is just a comparison of July 2006 to July 2007. The overall year-to-date sales of the Prius from 2006 to 2007 posted a whopping 85.5% increase, going from 59,270 units sold to 110,565 units sold. That's nearly a doubling!

The Prius is indeed a very solid car. And with the new, lower priced, 2008 entry level "standard" model coming on the market, the current gen should continue to sell very well.

At my local dealer, they had 13 new xBs lined up for about a month... I've never seen that many gen 1s for that long.

I thought, wow, they're not selling.

I passed by recently....... All sold!

I'm sure the new xB will do fine. Not my style, but a great value.
