That xP is older than old news.

The news earlier this year was that the A-Bat hybrid truck might move from concept to Scion reality.

I think the A-Bat is worthy of being a Scion.

^^ Looks like a 2001 Isuzu VehiCROSS had sex with a Honda Ridgeline.

Not a bad look, but a terrible use of space... tiny back seats, tiny bed.

Rear seats fold down, and with the liftgate down, you can fit 4'x8' plywood sheet, or a std sofa. All in a super-compact truck.

Definitely bigger than it looks, maybe they can pull off a futuristic looking Chevy Avalanche.

Didn't anyone read that portion of the article that said the A-Bat was based on the xD's platform?

I personally think the XB looks better as a "sport wagon" verses a truck

I'm not digging the xP, but the chopped xB would definately work for me. Maybe Scion could offer a camper top, to transform it back into something like the xB. Oh yeah!

I like the avalanche style where you have a mini bed and room for 5 or room for 2 and std bed size for sheet of plywood. Heck, why not have 2 bench seats, room for 3 or 6.

If i remember subaru was charging a hell of alot. i think they are trying to gear it towards s-10 kinda guys. Scion i'm sure will keep it affordable
