dayum... I need an air ride setup really bad... I get depressed looking at my car. The hotchkis setup isn't low enough, I can't afford an air ride yet.. and the ghetto drop didn't work... this thread makes me want to drive my car off a cliff...

Yea thats aired all the way down. It sits high a little cause the tires. I got the wrong tires. Those are 1 and a half to 2 inchs higher then the stock tires. They were to tall but when I went to go pick it up i was like f it leave them on LOL!!! But that is fixing to get foxed here in the next couple months and those are 16's Motegi FF7's. They were black with a machined lip but i flat blacked the lip on the front ones then I beed blasted the rears to paint them. I painted them all flat black. I will post pic later dont have one of them yet dont know why LOL!!!

How freaking jaded has everyone become when having bags and tucking tire into the fender skirts isn't good enough anymore. Tucking wheels isn't the most important thing to everyone in the world. I just wanted the ride quality and stance adjustments. Everyone has stupid comments like " When are you going to post up pictures of your car aired out?" or the like and I could care less if they think I should be lower. I am happy with the way my car sits and I don't have to justify that to anyone. IMHO the " My car is lower than your car" competition is as ridiculous as the Hellaflush/Poke/Stance competition to make your car look like they did in the 80's and 90's when pop out tires were "cool" and ***** joints were selling like hot cakes. Negative camber and flushed out and stretched tires on xB's are contradictory. Negative camber is for race cars (xB's aren't race cars) and stretching tires being as unsafe as it is during cornering on them defeats the purpose of the camber. So it's all about the look, just as it is with slamming a car down until it's touching body kit or frame to the ground. It's all personal preference, but it shouldn't be a competition. Just appreciate having more people on air, there aren't that many of us still...

Not directing this at you CCbox, just at the fact that you feel like you have to defend yourself because you aren't tucking wheels... For as few frameless cars as you see on air, you'd think we'd be a closer knit group and more supportive of each other... Jus' sayin'...
