Default Maybe alittle help

Does anyone know why my drivers side rear would set about 1/4" lower then the other side???? I didnt think you could put the rear springs in wrong, but maybe I am wrong with that. Anyone got any insight on this???

Did you try and twist both swings around a bit to try to level them out? I read someone on here did something like that to even them out.

My driver's side front sits about one finger lower than the passenger's front.

Also make sure the top rubber mount is seated "correctly" on that rear springs on both sides. I think when you use the twisting method, essentially you are "re-seating" the top rubber mount properly.

@littleblackbox: Oh, and don't forget to twist the thing that's next to the thing. It should be right on the thing. You know, that thing that twists? Yeah, that thing.

Funny thing, I twisted the thing, that was next to the thing, then my wife got mad so I went outside to work on the Xb

Anyway, everyone was just about right, the top rubber seat was not setting correct in it's place, so a little turn was all that was needed and we are nice and low an even now. Thanks everyone, now I need to get rid of these Tanabe NF210's

Sorry if I missed this, but how do you compare the ride and handling between the two sets of springs (Eibach Sportline Vs Tanabe NF210) -- outside of the Sportline being lower of course !

I can compare the Sportlines to the stock springs, and I definitely feel the road more, especially because I also switched from stock 16s to 18s. The ride steel feels smooth, but I feel bumps more. Probably because of the tire size. IDK.

But anyway, I rode almost to 40k miles on stock setup, so I can get a fair comparison at least between the Sportlines and stock.

Well i have had all 3, so here we go.

The nf210 rode better then the stock springs, less body roll when cornering, not to mention what I thought was a much softer ride. Now the Sportlines I thought were EVEN BETTER then the NF210's. They seem to be somewhat stiffer then the NF210 in the terms as I have not seem to have as much of a problem bottoming out or rubbing the rear when going over speed bumps. The Sportlines also seem to be better at controling the body roll then the NF210's, but I also think this may be due to the fact that the car is sitting alot lower. Now the ride was much better with the Sportlines, my wife confirmed this and she doesn't know $h*T about cars, I was really amazed as I thought the same thing, really it was that much of change .

@littleblackbox: I'm glad yours is working out fantastic for you. I love my springs and stance to death, but I do rub in the front over medium sized bumps and pot holes if I'm not too careful. If I downgrade my tires a size, I shouldn't rub too much.

But all-in-all, I'm very satisfied with my Sportlines.

What's the different between Eibach Sport-Plus and regular Eibach Sportlines (I understand the kit includes sway bars)?

I dug around on Google but couldn't find an answer. The spring rates are still the same but the price shot up.

Damn, I got NFs, Teins H Techs, and now am thinking about getting these. But does anyone know the spring rates on them? I only want to get them if they are stiffer than the S Techs.
