I love my Hotchkis TVS!!!

I say just step up to the Hotchkis sways but keep the coils. You'll always have that adjustability of the coilovers that the regular springs just won't provide.

I just replied to your PM wolfsburg. After you see my response, you might rethink losing the adjustability that the coilovers provide. I say keep the coilovers, or bag it!

Why would you replace the K-Sports?

I didn't know winter existed in San Diego....LOL!

I might have to hit you up around tax time to see if you still have the rims. I like advans and they are hard to come by. I am currently rolling Green Super Advans (the originals) and love them.

Thanks. I was considering going to coilovers and looking for some firsthand feedback on K-Sports. I'll probably stick with my TRDs and get Tokico Blue's when my oem dampers wear out.

well they aren't bad... i mean they get really LOW!! just not very practical for daily driving especially with the wifey driving it. so, going to a more comfortable and a bit higher spring setup.

if it was my daily driver then i'd definitely keep the ksports & SLAM IT!! hahaha... but that's me, i'm used to that!!

You have to take into account how much the air setup is, $2000ish depending on options. Then the coilovers, roughly $800. And last but not least, install.

All in all I'd quote someone about $4500 to do this.

I'd really like to see how you like the TVS setup. I have a pair of hotchkis springs sitting in my office...strongly considering ordering a set of tokico blues, and the hotchkis sways....and a nice set of wheels....and SS brake lines....etc, etc.

But like I was saying, please let us know how you like it!

There's a thread floating around here that's dedicated to the Hotchkis setup.

I personally love it.
