Default RS*R BEST*I coilovers

So, after searching the web for a new set of coilovers and deciding between TEINS and K-SPORTS GT, found the RS*R BEST*I coilovers with 36-way dampening adjustability with Ti2000 Titanium composite coil springs , and polyurethane bushings, but, the thing that shock me the most is the price: , msrp. : $ 1,999.00 plus shipping (around $ 40 bucks UPS ground). Would anybody recommend RS*R over TEINS?

I dont understand why they cannot make a coilover for the Xb that just handles hight adjusment and some dampening control. These coilovers are just to much (mechanially along with price) for what the Xb is.

i think the xb was never suppose to be modded. so they dont care give it a few more yrs and every comapny will have something out at a reasonable price. 2k for RS*R coils is a bit to much, but i bet those ____s ride better than ksports.

K-sports are junk, search and you'll find several unhappy customers of all makes/models with their coilovers. Cusco or Tein is the way to go with xb2 coilovers.

Man, I had RS*R springs on my first gen xB . Lowest spring ive ever had on that car, even lower than the DF210s. I loved them.

My experience with RS*R is top notch, i'd have to recommend them.

no the first set i have for sale because i thought they were messed up completely, ends up being the pillow ball bearing is mssed up. so i went ahead and purchased new ones. i really cant complain about ksport. i enjoy them not as top notch as other sutff for other cars, but for the price you cant beat em.

Not to bash or anything but have you dealt with ksports on any of your prior cars or even on the xb? Every one is caught up on the whole JDM, buy quality parts from japan. Most of the coilovers everywhere are all made in the same factory, notice that every brand minus ksport got a new shipment of coilovers the first week of july. tien/d2/STD[i know because i sat there and spoke on the phone with each company trying to get coilovers], pretty sure they are all the same thing just colored different.

word of mouth is what kills a lot of companies. on my prior car i was looking for coilovers and every one talked down about BC racing. everyone was nut swinging on stanceusa coils. as a matter of fact i really enjoyed my bc racing taiwanese coilovers, and if i could i would buy them again. this thread would be better spoken for if people with the coilovers at question spoke.

Yes I had them on my old DA integra for 6 months and then I sold the car. After doing lots of research on different forums, I opted not to buy another pair for the xb2. Way too many bad reviews on these things the closer you get to the one year mark using them.

tons of 240 guys run them down here. as well as megan coilovers which everyone says they are garbage and the cars get driven hard with no complaints. if you want to dish out 2k for coilovers made in another room of the same building, go for it.
