Default 16 Enkei from Scion

Alright I'm going to post a couple of pics of my 09 Stingray xB with 16 inch Enkei rims that were purchased through Scion. I'm posting these because I had a helluva time finding pictures of an xB with them on it. So if anyone was out there considering this option, here are a few photos to help you decide... Personally, I love them, but I realize 16's aren't for everyone...

Those look pretty nice. They look heavy though.

PM and danos_XBox on page 7 of the NF210 drop thread are running on 16's. What lowering springs are you going with?

I would love to drop it, but I don't want to lose the ride. That's why I stuck with 16" rims. I traded in an F-150 which I had lowered and it rode so bad that I swore I would never lower another vehicle... I can't even look at the lowered ones, it gets me itchy...

I am doing a mild drop. TRD. I think it will ride better than stock

if you slam it, yes, ride sucks

Read this thread, the ride is better with NF210's than it is with the stock springs!

Nice wheels. Those look classy. I am on the verge of getting an xB2. Can I ask what you paid for them?

I believe they were like 675 for the rims and 125 for installation, you know how dealers are. The 125 does include lug locks so it isn't all bad. It is definitely high priced for the rims but you can work it into your financing. To upgrade to the standard alloy rims was the same exact price so I went with the Enkei's because they were different. They are on the Scion website but only under the 2008 selection, if you choose 2009 model, there is an Enkei option, but they don't show a photo so I don't know if it's the same rim. I wanted to get rims and get everything I wanted all in one shot. Lastly, if you look up the rims on the Scion website the price does not include the dealer install. Well, good luck, and remember, the dealer will have to order these guys so expect to wait a week to get them...

I almost picked up some of those, the pictures don't do them justice.

I went with 16" Slipstreams instead, dropped on TRDs. Pics soon
