18 x 8 +30 Work Eurolines .... Hmmm?

They'll fit, but it depends on your drop. Tires also depends on your drop. If you don't plan on dropping a little lower, 225/40R18's would work great. If you wanted to stay a little higher, run a slightly meatier tire.

215/40-18 will clear fine without rubbing on 18x8 +30, as long as you stick with the TRD springs that came stock on the RS7.0 edition. If you ever lower it more, then the 215/40's will rub.
NF springs have the same front drop, and a little more rear drop than the TRD springs. The TRD springs also have a slightly stiffer spring rate than the NF's. D_Unit (on NF springs) ran lower offsets with 215/40-18's both front and rear; see his wheel & tire specs in this thread, as well as his rubbing report:

Check out how you like the fitment first, but you should also be able to add 10mm spacers to the rears if you want to bring them out more flush to match the fronts... one step at a time my young grasshopper.

I'm just hoping the seller puts it back on sale.

Pretty much dead flush up front, and almost 1/2" in from dead flush in the rear.
Here's a thread with pics of 18x8 +32 to give you and idea of where the wheel lips will sit. +30 offset will be out just over 1/16" more than +32.
