Nice car, but $7k still sounds a tad high for 12 years old with 120k miles. I say offer $5k-$6k unless you get a mechanics inspection that says it's absolutely perfect. Style-wise, and mechanically, it's 3 generations old, and will soon need suspension & brake work.

I think the tire and wheel calculator will help you understand how the changes from stock may or may not work, and what the resultant changes will be:

Keep in mind that the stock wheels are 16"x6.5" with +45 offset, and the tires are 205/55x16".
Have fun playing with the calculator/comparer. When you find some wheels you like, I can help you out with size/offset/tire fitment.

Cionide, thank you so much for these links... I'm glad that there are people like you out there to help get me up to speed. LOL
It's been fun playing with these links. As for a set of rims that I would love to throw on are a set of Tenzo Tenspec rims... http://www.wheelsnext.com/default.cf...%20w|%20Stripe
offset is +45 but I would want to get the 19x8.5's Are those going to sit too far back into the wheel well? I am gonna throw some eibach sportline springs in there which would drop the front 1.2" and the rear 2.2"

19x8.5 +45 will work great with the Eibach Sportline drop. As you know, the stock steelies are 16x6.5 +45, so the Tenspecs would put the face of the wheel lip 1" closer to the edge of the fenders than the steelies. I recommend 235/35-19 tires for these wheels and drop. We need pics when you get it all done.

Pics will most definitely appear. The unfortunate downside is that I am about to start a new job, the upside is that my pay will be a lot more than my previous job. So if all goes well I will have my rims within the next two months... Patience is the key I suppose.
