Default Another will it fit?

I'm looking at some 5Ziken FN01RC rims on craigslist. The guy says he has decent tread still left on the tires, which are 225/40/18. Will that affect the speedo or ride too much? Also, the size of the wheel told to me is 18 x 7.5, with a 52mm offset. Will that poke out too much? I'm running stock springs right now, with the intentions down the road to get nf210's. I'm also looking to be flush or as close to flush to the body as possible without doing much of anything to the car. I'm pretty much just looking to get some tires and rims that I can bolt on the car that sit flush, don't rub at all, don't mess with the speedo much. Will the mentioned setup work for this? If not, what am i looking for? Any help is greatly appreciated.

225/40-18 is the right size 18" tire to keep the speedo as close to OEM as possible.

18x7.5 +52 will fit fine, but it won't be flush. The face of the outer wheel lips will be 1/4" closer to the edge of the fenders than the steelies.

Thanks Cionide, as always right on top of things. BTW I got your PM awhile back with the links. I forgot to thank you, so Thanks again.

I would recommend some 10mm spacers with those rims

Wouldn't spacers push the wheels out farther? Sorry i'm a complete novice in regards to wheel jargon.
