Default Anyone know anything about TI wheels?

I've been doing a little searching and have next to nothing about TI wheels. They're essentially the same thing as Konig Afterburners as far as I can see and I was wondering if there was a major difference between them in looks and quality that can't be seen from pics online.

If anyone wants to see:
TI's Ti 7 in Machine Black

(The actual tire will come 5x114.3 despite what the picture shows.

Konig Afterburner's in Blac

While I'm asking questions, anyone have an opinion on having the wheels staggered. Is the looks really worth not being able to rotate the tires?

Thanks
