Here is a picture of jo_moama's (thanks for letting me use the picture) on 18x7.5 +43 wheels with 225/45 tires on Tanabe NF210 springs.
No rubbing at all according to jo_moama and "i really like the setup fills the wheel wells a little more and more side wall so it's not so harsh..."

Coryjames used to run 20x8 +42 wheels dropped LOW on Ksport coilovers, but I don't know what size tires he was running. I THINK you'd be OK, but since I haven't been able to find anything else close I'm not willing to say "Yea, no problems" then have it not work out. Cory, can you help a brother out?

Thanks Cory, what that tells me is that Pannyman should be fine on DF springs, 18x7.5 with +43 to +48 offset wheels, and 225/45 tires. This would be a narrower wheel with more offset under the fender, a smaller overall diameter tire, and a lower drop than you had.

There you go Pannyman, seems like you're all set, as long as you don't drive crazy with a bunch of people in the car.
