Default Anyone running 16x8 0 offset?

The wheels I'm looking to get are 16x8 with a 0 offset. Also come in a 16x7 +38 offset, but I'd like the poke if I can run it. Trying to find out if anyone is running one of these setups, and if so, what size tires you runnig and do you have any rubbing issues? I'm dropped on DF210's.

That's exactly what they are (with OEM 205/55-16 tires), and the same XXR 002 wheel that xbbox is looking at, but the only reason he is able to pull them off without rubbing is because he is at stock ride height. On DF springs the tires would get chewed up by the fenders.

Looks like I'm going to have to settle for the 16x7 +38 offset.

Do you know what tire I'd need to make it look around like the above with the little bit of stretch? I don't want super stretch.

I hit the 3 people up in the second post.

So far lakay got back with my saying 195/50 wheels on ksports dropped almost all the way and no rubbing issues.

What if you run staggered?

16x7 +38 offset on the front with either stock rubber or 205/50 and 16x8 0 offset for the rear on 205/50 rubber.... think you can pull that off...with slight rolling/pulling of the rear... if he is running a 50 profile on Ksports and not rubbing he def got you beat on rear drop so you can pull a 0 offset on a 50 profile tire on DF's I would think..... and to top it off I do think those XXR's staggered would look nice since I see the offset ran neutral on all 4 corners versus staggered... dunno just my opinion.... (and truth be told think this is what imma do lol)

Only problem with staggered is i wouldn't be able to rotate my tires, and I drive to much for that.

The kid across the street is running the same exact set up that I'm wanting on his Civic. I'm gonna see if he lets me bolt up one of his wheels to my front and try it out.

I hear you about the rotation of tires.... Yeah Cionide gave me advice on these wheels told me they would sit ( i think) 1/4" to flush on front and rear with 15mm spacers and I have a 2" rear drop so the 16x7 +38 offset would be ideal for my drop...just been waiting for the money to come in and now that it has time to go shopping lol....if you get them on snap a pic bro i def wanna see em

Will do. First gotta try the kid across the streets wheel if he lets me, then second gotta sell the ones I got now. That's another reason I don't want the +38 offset ones is that they only come in a 7" wide wheel. I wanted 8" all the way around with a little stretch on the tires. The 7" would have the stretch the wrong way! LOL!

also depends on what year civic it is. most of them have a 4x100 bolt pattern. Scion switched to a 5x114.3 bolt pattern to accomodate the bigger xB. which is good because we can fit more wheels on. but bad because if we try to go with JDM or want XXRs then most of them will be too small. I wanted to go with the 002 16x8 in red, but then I decided against it because I like driving too much to have such wide wheels in the front. you could go with a set of coilovers and raise and lower your xB that way. or you could just go for the ultimate and get airbags... but most people (yours truly) don't want to drop $3500 for a premier set up.

8th gen Civic, same bolt pattern.

Can't do coils. I scrape getting in my driveway now with the DF210 drop. Can't go any lower. I want bags, but like you, can't dish out the $2100 for them right now.

My opinion.... Your DF springs+16x8 with 0 offset+fender roll+front camber bolts+ 195/45 tires= one gangsta ___ whip
