Default Back to silver?

So 2 questions. Should I take my wheels back to silver? Reason asking is I did a paint but from curbing them from time to time caused them to have issues with the black coming off. The paint itself stays well but I just don't like imperfections. 2nd I was thinking about just polishing them but is there a silver paint I can do to repaint them silver? If I polish them I would sand them well obviously then just clear coat them so they don't rust.

BTW current pic in SIG

I would, personally, keep them black. but if you want to go back to silver, i'm sure there's a silver paint out there. you'll just have to sand and prime them first.

If you're going to change them, have them media blasted and powder coated for the best results.

I think it is easier to hide a curb damage with them being black then silver since there are hundreds of shades of silver. You don't have to worry about them rusting if you paint them silver because they are aluminum

IMO almost any color would look better than black on your NBM. Silver, gold, bronze, gunmetal, black chrome, white, yellow, green, red, orange.......
