I was parked in downtown Sacramento one evening. Came back to my car, got in. Before I even started the car, I had a pig come up to my passenger side and warn me about my tint. He told me to take it off, but didn't write me a ticket. This was in a different car than I have now, and I had 25% in the back, 50% in the front.

How come you haven't peeled your A-pillars yet?

That's pretty strict. Here in Florida I see people driving around with Limo tint and some with purple HID's and even blue lights on the exterior of the car, sometimes on the exhaust. I honestly don't know how they get away with it. The tint law is max of 30% up front, 20% rear.
Here is My Whip with 20% on the Shild....
Have had it on for 2 years and never been bothered. Lived in NY and Just moved to Miami at the start of this year 09 and cops just look at me and say nothing and i have some over the top 30K Deep blue HID's and once again i never get buged. Knock on wood!!
And my mom's explorer is Limo and she has 35% on her shild.

Because I don't like the way the bottom of the A-pillar stops short of the body-work and leaves a big black gap where the cowell is, after the tape is removed. Personally I think its a visual disconnect, and I would only pull the tape on BSP, BCM and NBM (the dark colors) because the black plastic cowell isn't really noticable. Just my opinion.

I think i've decided to steal your setup idea... what i've come up with is 18x8 45mm up front. and 19x8.5 45mm in the rear. I was thinking of doing something like this, and as soon as i saw this i figured what the heck... These are the rims I'm contemplating.. (As soon as I can sell my TSWs)

Very nice man.
I didn't notice earlier that you had diameter staggers. You're now raked hahaha!
Don't worry too much about understeer, it makes the car corner more predictably.
I am driving really ghetto right now with DF's in the front and NF's in the back (didn't finish) and it really really oversteers - I feel like I can kick the rear out if I entered a corner fast enough. The rear is much stiffer with the NF's and TRD shocks.

I recommend you hit up Rob at DESCENDANT:

I believe they are the exact same ones I have, and at the very best price I've seen.

Thanks guys, no poke and no stretch, but personally I didn't want that look or to worry about curb rash for my 25k a year daily driver. I've added seamless vent visors since the last pics, and also have the Hotchkis sway bars eagerly awaiting their install in my garage.

If I was closer, I would've scooped up the roof rack. The seamless vent visors are sick, too. Need to pick some up, too.
