I hit a manhole that was sticking up like 3-4 inchs on Monday and it bent my rim and took a chunk of tire out. Luckily no flat yet but I know the sidewall weak and tire needs to be changed out.

I've been looking for the rim to replace but it seems they don't make them and/or they have on the sites but none in stock.

The rim is a XXR 504 aka Sportmax 504. I need to find this rim so I can get a estimate off to the road company that F-ed up. Any help would be great. Thanks! Oh and it's got the black outline on the spokes.

 

Another option might be to repair it. If you find a good wheel repair place you'd be surprised what they can fix.

 

I was told it wouldn't be able to be repaired cuz it's kind of a cheap rim and the chrome lip is like a thin sheet wrapped around the rim.

 

They don't make that rim anymore. I believe I bought the last set. I wouldnt mind finding them but no luck.

Their site let me put one in the cart, but it didn't say whether they really still had any in stock or not... maybe try giving them a call.
