but then again camry's are and have been 5x114 for quite a while. so I guess the tc is the odd one out. it gets lumped with 1.8 liter powered cars as far as lug pattern goes

I think that is all the info, aside from getting deep into tire specs.

Okay if I was to go with 18s I should use a 215/40/18 tire right?
What tire size should be used for 17s?
Im very concerned about maintaining a smooth ride. Could I still do that if I went with 18s?
What tires size for both 17s and 18s is recommended for the smoothest ride?

being original is what its about. the rims im getting i could change out my wheels 3 times if i just got my normal rims like all the Axis wheels i went through. The wheel comming will be the first set in the USA and only set.
IT sound pretty crazy to spend that much on wheels but its all worht it when guys will just drewl all over them when i get everything togther.
IF in anywhere in the USA just check out all the Hawaii scions. Mostof us have high end JDM rims on all our cars becuase we are just tired of having someone in week walk into a store and say i want those rims that was on so and so's car.. if they do that with these JDM rims they will be told this is the price 3500.00 shipped or they dont make them any more and with prices liek that being so high most of the time someone will just buy some cheaper rims but close to the same style.
I have built an award wining tunner styled XB already.. I choose not to go JDM with the old XB becuase there was so much out there and many just looked like it was copied from the bb bible. With the 2 gen XB now i have that chance to be the first and the trend setter. I am not about dupicating.
Some may disagree espcially on Club XB on heading towards the VIP style look in the 2ng gen. because its claimed to be usdm. It will never be a true VIP car but im pretty sure I'll have the VIP style and touch in this XB inwhich many will admire.
