22 lbs that's not bad, I love the look of my rims but I weighed them n the are 25 lbs, thinking of going back to stocks for now then maybe saving for some gram light 57 optomise, 19.5 lbs each, I wanna stay close to stock weight as much as possible

Talked a deal on these in 19X8 today - out the door for $2,000 with Goodyear Eagle GTs 235/35 19s.
Suggestions? Would the 8.5s fill the wells better? Rubbing?
I was looking at the staggered look set-up.
Guy told me I'd have to roll the rear fenders to make them fit properly...
I don't think so - can anyone clarify?

The reason I ask is because as far as I know, the Decades are only available in 19x8 +35 offset, and 19x9.5 +40 offset (no 19x8.5).
How badly you rub will depend on your drop, but if you stagger 19x8 +35 and 19x9.5 +40, you're probably going to need to roll both front & rear fenders. With that set-up I'd recommend 225/35 front tires and 245/35 rear tires. You might get away without rolling with those tire sizes.

Just checked the site and they only come in the 8" width - guess the OP above doesn't know what size his wheels are.
Maybe he meant they were 9.5?
Wifey doesn't want to roll her fenders, so I'll likely drop back to the 18s.
If I go with the adjusted tire sizes, I'm thinking ride quality will be compromised. I have to keep telling myself that this is her car and I have to keep her wants in mind.

Add 15mm spacers to the rears if you want to flush them out to match the fronts.
Wifey will be very happy with this set-up. :D

I like the rims. I'm a little biased tho, because I have them too. 18X8 with 215/35/18s. Next time I buy tires I'm going with at least 225 or 235s. I'm even running spaceers on the rear with Espelir springs and have never rubbed. Even during autocross events. The nice thing with you being able to run the 19x8.5, is that you can order them with the Maxis lip. I tried to get that with mine but no such luck.

1. does the Katzkin kit come with the door panel inserts as well?
2. is the Katzkin leather of good quality leather?
3. who installed the leather covers, a pro shop?
4. does the new leather require removal of the original upholstery?
i love the interior look with leather. its a big upgrade i think.
