The purpose of this thread is to listen to and weigh out objections, suggestions, and tire reccomendations. I believe I'll also need lugs. I have never, ever bought wheels for a car before. These will only be my wheels half-time; I gotta keep steelies for Colorado winters. These will go on my RS6. Help me out, scionlife!

18x8 +35 offset... tire size will depend on your drop. What are you lowered on/going to be lowered on?
Yes, you will need lug nuts, 12x1.5 thread pitch. Probably conical seat tuner lugs, maybe ET. You can probably confirm by contacting MSR directly or a retailer that sells them.
You are also going to need a set of hubcentric rings.
