Default Rubbing Issue, please help

i am planning on purchasing a set of mrr hr4 wheels in 19x8 front / 19x9 rear and dropping it with the trd springs. i was told that the wheels only come in an offset of +35 by the manufacture. what i heard was that this will cause rubbing with 265/30/19 in the rear. So i was wondering if there is something that can be done to fix that problem by going with different tire size as far as the width goes. please help

Why not just go with the 19x8 all the way around?

That and some 225/35/19 or 245/30/19 rubber would be the better choice. I just don't get this 'screw the handling cause it looks "sick" stagger' thing. It's a FWD car and putting wider wheels/tires on the rear is

Most people run stagger because the rear requires more width or offset to put the rims flush. Rather than have them sunken in 2".

These are 19x8 +45 and 19x9 +35, no rubbing. Tires are 215/35 and 225/25.

I think your tire of choice is a little large. Look at the specs of the stock tire size (205/55R16) and compare the overall diamater to your desired tire size. Try to stay around the same size.

^^^
yup, much too much tire there

make sure you shop from a knowledgeable place. many places are trying to stick SUV-sized tires onto the tire/wheel packages for our xBs
225/35s will work just fine, with a slight stretched feel to the 19x9

^^^ There's people on here with 20's and they're not sure on their offset. Thing is, the Charger, Magnum, 300's all have the same bolt pattern as the xB (5 on 114.3mm). You can find wheels ALLLL day long with a 10mm offset which will go great on the aforementioned domestic cars. However, they WILL rub on our xB's.

Look for a higher offset wheel. I.e. 35mm+. I've yet to put on wheels, but I am looking into 20x8.5's with a 38mm offset. From what I've read, I should be straight!

Then again, rubbing on the rear shouldn't be a huge issue. Sure, it's not wanted, but rubbing on the rear is much less likely to happen than rubbing on the front. Your rear wheels don't move, so the only time that any rubbing should occur would be on a bump - and many (not all) other lowered vehicles do experience some rub in situations of rough roads and tough turns.

Just a thought to keep in mind.
