TPMS is great! Colder temps = dropping tire pressures
About a week ago my TPMS light came on. My first thought was that I must have a nail in a tire since I had just checked the pressures about a month prior. I was wrong. In mid September it was pretty warm here in MD (~80F) and I set my tires to 35psi front and 32psi rear. By October the temp had dropped over 20F on average and when I checked my tires the pressures had dropped to 28psi front, 25psi rear. 7psi in under 2 months is a lot and caught me by surprise.
Normally you can figure on about 1psi drop per month but when the weather starts getting colder it's important to remember to check and adjust your tire pressures. Especially for those running without the TPMS to remind you. I'm liking this TPMS feature a lot.

Haha I ran out to check as soon as I read this!
Tire pressures are exactly where they should be... 32 rear, 35 front. It has been getting cold up here and snow is starting soon *shudders*. I wonder how the xB will do!
But thanks for the heads up!
