I'm new to JDM, so what brand names do people trust here? I am sure the center bore is 60.1mm...

Also, at what point do I have to buy longer bolts for thicker spacers? For example, if I run 10mm spacers, do I need longer bolts?

I think you are confused. Hub centric rings are different from wheel spacers. Hub centric rings center your wheels on the hub(rotor) and work in conjuntion with the wheel studs and spacers push the wheel out away from the vehicle.

Actually, I do know the difference between hub centric rings and hub centric spacers. On bimmers, hub centric spacers are very popular when using big brake kits. Here's any example...

with a 10mm spacer you prob dont need a longer stud i used a 25mm in my rear and it perfect flushed but i had to replace the studs i went with H&R
