who had the rules about flushness

im trying to find the post where some guy had a set of guide rules about flushness IE.
18xY rim with x offset will be flush

no i don't think thats it... im still trying to find it. it was not a chart but it went like this:

18x8 20et
18x8.5 35 et
18x9 38 et

these arent correct just showing what it kinda looked like.

for the rear 18x10+30 w/ a 225/40 the lip of the rim will poke out; hope that helps...
