Default Will this 18x8 with 245/45x18 work with a 2" drop?

ok well i just got a set of wheel for dirt cheap but there 18x8 with a 245/45x18 tire. im also dropped about 2" am i gonna ____ some ____ up or should i get new tires? my plan was to just run those tires until there done for

Those will probably rub, they are MUCH bigger in diameter than the stock tires, as well as much wider. Lowering your car would only exacerbate the problem.

Not to mention your speedo will be way off:

Additionally, those tires will be packing a lot of additional unsprung weight and rotational mass,
but talk to the engineer for more info on that.

I'd drop down to 225/40's

225/40-18s are the cheapest tires that will fit the rims...245/35-18s are the same diameter, but there is no gurauntee that they won't rub a bit due to width. I am gonna try those once my current tires are gone.
